The purchase conditions (hereinafter the Conditions) set forth below regulate the sale of the products of the website “www.patatasconde.com” or online store presented by Patatas Conde, S.L. (hereinafter, PATATAS CONDE), registered office in Xinzo de Limia, Ctra. Nac. 525, Km. 200 – 32630 Ourense, Spain, and email address info@patatasconde.com CIF (ID number) B-32034423, and registered in the Trade Register of Ourense, Volume 120, Book 42, Section 2, Sheet 13, Page 1,375.

Please read the Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you accept the Conditions and consent to be bound by them, so if you do not agree with the full contents of the Conditions you shall not use this webpage. These Conditions may be modified at any time, being applicable the Conditions in force at the time of use of the website.


A) To Spain

Express Delivery: The maximum delivery time is 48 hours in business days.

Shipping is free regardless of the amount of the purchase.

The delivery times may vary in promotional periods, sales or in case of supply shortage in our stores.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Illes Balears, Ceuta and Melilla

We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Illes Balears, Ceuta and Melilla. We are working to improve our shipments and offer this possibility soon.

C) Shipping conditions

The shipment of the items purchased in PATATAS CONDE is performed by a courier company. The delivery time may vary in shipments made during periods of sales or promotions as well as to areas that involve customs processing.

It will be understood that the order has been delivered properly when the receipt of delivery is signed at the agreed delivery address.

In order to avoid incidents in the delivery (such as wrong address, failure to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill out the purchase form correctly, being advisable to provide a contact telephone number in the corresponding box. Likewise, you can track your orders through the website of our courier company.


Processed changes will imply the replacement of the purchased item for another of the same reference. Returns will imply a refund for the amount paid by the customer.

In both cases, the product to be exchanged or returned will not be collected, so the client shall decide what to do with that product.


If after receiving the order you are not satisfied, Patatas Conde makes available the service of change at home within a period of 14 days. This period comes into force from the date you receive the product.

A change of an article for a different one will not be admitted. To change an item for a different one, you must return the first item, and then make a new purchase. The exchange service will be limited to a single change per order, and may include as many items of the order as you require.

How to do it:

  1. Contact Customer Service at +34 988 462 477, by sending an e-mail to info@patatasconde.com in order to request a change of the article or articles you require.
  2. Our agents will ask for the order number as well as a photographic proof showing the defective nature of the item.
  3. Once the change is confirmed, our agents will notify you and send a courier to your home or office on the same terms and conditions as in a new order.
  4. Our courier service will manage the process and will deliver the replacement within the scheduled time.


Any purchased item that does not bring complete satisfaction to our customer can be returned free of charge. From the moment you receive the order, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to notify and manage the return.

You will not incur expenses as a result of the refund.

How to do it:

  2. Our agents will ask for the order number as well as a photographic proof showing the defective nature of the item.
  3. Our agents will contact you again to confirm the return.

C) Refund of the cost

In case of having paid by transfer or cash on delivery, the client must include in the return form the account number where he wants to receive the money.

The refund of the money will be placed in your bank account (in case you have paid by transfer or cash on delivery) or directly on your card (in case you have paid by credit or debit card). This option involves a management process so the return will be effective in a period of approximately 14 business days.

D) Return conditions

PATATAS CONDE will not accept changes or returns that have not been previously communicated following the previously mentioned instructions.

It is essential to present the purchase invoice in order to make a claim.

E) Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without having to justify it.

The withdrawal period will expire in 14 calendar days from the day the client acquires the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us the decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, or email):

In order comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough to send a communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of the withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will return to the customer all payments received after the purchase, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly communicated otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We can withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until the client has presented a proof of the return of them, depending on which condition is met first.

You will be the only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them using methods that are not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of these goods.


PATATAS CONDE Online will only accept payments by bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) and cash on delivery (only for Spanish territory: Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

Regarding payment by transfer, the account number from which the payment is made must be a current account in a bank in the billing country of the order. Any expense arisen from making the payment by transfer will be borne by the customer. In order to make the transfer, customers will be given the account number in which they must make the deposit. For orders in the Spanish national territory, the account number is: IBAN ES26-0182-5522-16-0208532888 and BIC/SWIFT Code: BBVAESMM XXX.

It is critical that the client states, in the reference, the order number and full name.

The payment must be made within a period of five working days from the date the order was placed. The order will not be considered accepted until we verify that the deposit has been made. If the previously mentioned period of five working days expires, and PATATAS CONDE has not received the amount due, the purchase will be canceled.

In case of credit or debit card payments, the charge will be made in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the reported data has been verified.

PATATAS CONDE uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in electronic commerce, aiming at offering the maximum security. In this regard, PATATAS CONDE is identified as an e-commerce merchant (merchants with absent cards) and do not store, process or transfer any cardholder data in electronic format in their systems or facilities.

PATATAS CONDE confirm that, for this payment channel:

  • The company handles only absent card transactions (electronic commerce and orders by mail/telephone);
  • Any processing of the data of the holders of the cards is outsourced to external payment processors validated by PCI DSS;
  • The company does not store, process or transfer, in any electronic form, cardholders data in their systems or premises, but it depends entirely on one or more third parties that perform these functions;
  • The company has verified that the third party or third parties that handle the storage, processing and/or transference of any cardholder data comply with the PCI DSS; and
  • That the company retains only reports or paper receipts with data from cardholders, and that these documents are not received by electronic means.

In addition, for e-commerce channels:

  • Any payment pages delivered to the consumer’s browser are created directly from the external service providers validated by the PCI DSS.


PATATAS CONDE reserves the right to check any personal data provided by the client and adopt the provisions it deems appropriate (including cancelling the order) in order to collaborate in the prevention of fraud through on the Internet, so that the merchandise acquired is delivered in accordance with the information contained in the order.

PATATAS CONDE will issue an invoice attached to the purchase confirmation email, once the order is shipped from our warehouses. PATATAS CONDE warns that it will not be able to subsequently modify the sale invoices in compliance with the regulations in force (Spanish Royal Decree 1496/2003 on Billing regulations, modified by Spanish Royal Decree 87/2005). The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company that places the order, so the customer must make sure to place the order in the correct name. No subsequent changes will be possible.


The prices on this website are shown in euros.

Once the purchase order has been completed, and before making the payment, a final summary will be provided showing the item(s) purchased and its total price (including transportation and taxes).

In accordance with current legislation, PATATAS CONDE has to charge the VAT at the rate legally established at the time, as appropriate.

The price and other conditions and characteristics of each product are those that appear on the website at the time of making your purchase request, unless there is an obvious error. In case of manifest error on the price or any other characteristic of a product, you will be informed on this, not being obliged to process the previously mentioned purchase.


The legal guarantee of the products offered by Patatas Conde is that established in the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided they meet all the requirements expressed below:

1.-They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user on the website or in the form of a sample or model.

2.-They are apt for the ordinary uses of this same kind of product.

3.-They feature the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product.

The Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users offers a warranty period of two years from the moment the product is received. However, this said term will be subject to the nature of the product itself, when the useful life thereof is less than the term of guarantee stablished by the Law, as in the case of perishable products.

PATATAS CONDE makes a photographic work to show the articles in the most real way possible. Nevertheless, the articles may be subject to color variations depending on the calibration of your monitor.

Product orders are subject to their availability. In this sense, if there is any difficulty in supplying the products, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you can order. The purchase of PATATAS CONDE products is not allowed for resale. As a result, purchases of an amount exceeding 1,500 euros are unavailable. In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, as the case may be, will be aware of the matter, will be those established by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in this case, as they apply to consumers, in the place where such obligation is to be carried out or the purchasing party’s place of domicile.

In the event that the buyer is domiciled outside Spain, or that it is a purchase and sale made by a company that acts regarding its business or professional activity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Ourense (Spain).
