Due to its weather conditions, the characteristics of our soil and the conscientious cultural work of our people, the product we obtain presents an exceptional culinary quality.<\/p>\n<h2>Characteristics of the <em>cachelo<\/em><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Variety: Kennebec<\/li>\n<li>Shape of the tuber: round or oval<\/li>\n<li>Presence of very superficial eyes<\/li>\n<li>Size: 45-80 mm<\/li>\n<li>Smooth and thin skin with a light yellow color<\/li>\n<li>Flesh color: white<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All these characteristics are certified by the Regulatory Council of the Galician Potato Protected Geographical Indication.<\/p>\n<h2>Recipes with <em>cachelos<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>The <em>cachelos<\/em> are present in a great number of recipes of the Galician gastronomy.
